Order Confirmation
The moment you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received it and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Here’s what happens next:
- Stock Check: We’ll verify that your items are in stock and ready for shipment.
- Backorders: If any item is unavailable or on backorder, we’ll void the pre-authorization and email you to discuss alternatives.
- Processing: If everything is good to go, we’ll process the charges and begin preparing your order for shipment within five business days.
Order Shipment
For in-stock items, once your payment is processed, your order will ship within three business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. This email will include tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

International Orders
We’re happy to serve customers beyond Canada! Due to the wide variety of product sizes and weights, we provide custom shipping quotes for international orders.

- If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll prepare your order and process payment securely.

Damages
We take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item(s) are damaged during transit, here’s what to do:
- Inspect the Packaging: Check your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damage, either note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the delivery.
- Document the Damage: If you accept the delivery, take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately.
- Contact Us: Email your photos and order details to support@eliteculinarysupplies.com so we can assist you.
