Our Return Policy

At Elite Culinary Supplies, we stand by the quality of every product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, or the product you receive isn’t what you expected. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy—to give you peace of mind with every purchase.

How Returns Work

If you’d like to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, we’re here to make it as smooth as possible. Simply:

  1. Email us at support@eliteculinarysupplies.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Here’s what you need to know to ensure a successful return:

  • Condition of Products: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. If the item isn’t returned in its original condition, we may be unable to process your refund.
  • Return Shipping: You’re responsible for arranging the return and covering the associated shipping costs.
  • Processing the Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we’ll email you to confirm the refund has been processed.

Damaged Products

We take every precaution to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, but damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your item is damaged upon delivery, here’s what to do:

  1. Document the Damage: Before signing for the delivery, take clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging.
  2. Contact Us Immediately: Email us at support@eliteculinarysupplies.com with your order number and photos on the day of delivery.
  3. Follow Return Instructions: We’ll guide you through the return process for the damaged item and arrange for a refund.

Special Note for BakeMax Products:
Products from BakeMax that are damaged during shipping may not be eligible for return or refund. Once these items leave the warehouse, they are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for freight damage claims. Shipping insurance is available upon request—contact us for more information.

By signing the delivery receipt without promptly inspecting and reporting damages, you confirm that the product was received in acceptable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with returns or exchanges after this point.

International Orders

Our return policy does not extend to orders shipped outside of Canada. Such orders are placed at the customer’s own risk.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, here’s what to do:

  • Before Shipment: Contact us immediately, and we’ll issue a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Cancellations will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

For certain brands, restocking fees apply:

  • BakeMax: A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all unopened, unused products returned in their original packaging.

Important Notes

  • Some products may have return policies that differ from those listed above. These will be clearly noted in the product description or on the product-specific return information page.
  • Products purchased for one-time or temporary use—such as trade shows, conferences, or promotional purposes—are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
